I
know it has been a few months since we spent 10
fantastic nights in the highest quality gites we
have ever had the pleasure of staying
in.
We just
wanted to say that we had a great holiday.
The area is fantastic with so much to see and
do.
It was nice
to leave the rat race behind and actually spend
quality time chilling in an unspoilt area of
France.
The hosts
are amongst the nicest people you could ever
wish to meet. We plan on returning next
year to continue where we left off.

our stay in France so enjoyable.

When we got home P&O sent a "welcome home"
email and asked us if we would like to recommend
anything from our trip. So we wrote about
your gites and posted some of the pictures we
took.
I hear
Kevin from my office has booked in with you for

We
have just spent a wonderful week in La Petite
Grange. The accommodation was very
comfortable and the facilities and cleanliness
outstanding.
Thank you
Alice and Damian for being such friendly and
helpful hosts and what a surprise as we
arrived to be greeted with farm fresh milk, free
range eggs, local goats cheese and not
forgetting the bottle of wine that went down a
treat on our first evening.
We hope to
return to Massay Gites in the Autumn with some
friends.

Our
stay in La Petite Maison was wonderful.
The accommodations were outstanding and the
facilities were great. However, the thing
that made our stay so special was the
hospitality of Damian and Alice. They were
helpful when it came to advice of places to see
and things to do. We will never forget our
trip to the goat farm and the delicious goat
cheese (and of course the honey that we're still
enjoying today). We also enjoyed our
conversation with them in the evening and the
glass of wine that accompanied it.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your
gite. We found it bright and comfortable
and spacious. The decor and furnishings
are v. appealing and tasteful.
The shower
in the bathroom was great - so often weak in
other self-catering accommodation we've been
to. The lighting was exceptional - again
we often find that other owners skimp on
lighting and only provide the dimmest lights
possible which can be irritating, so this was
definitely a plus.

Thanks, once again, for making our
holiday to France so enjoyable! The gite
was very comfortable, well-equipped and
renovated to a high standard. We really
appreciated your warm welcome and
hospitality. We enjoyed trying out the
local produce (wine included!), but particularly
the goats cheese and it was fun to visit the
goat farm.
Being back
in the rain now in the UK, we are missing France
- and no stroll down to the Massay boulangerie

When
booking a holiday in a new part of France to
you, you always have those little doubts in the
back of your mind whether you have made the
right choice. On arriving at your
destination, meeting your hosts, and seeing your
accomodation these little worries soon
disappear. A more friendly, helpful couple
could not be found. The accomodation is
that traditional, olde worlde French style,
refurbished to a fine standard, we could not
have found anywhere better. Peace of mind
and value for money are top priorites when on
holiday, and you certainly have that here.
When we travel to this area again, we hope that
there will be room for us.

We
have just returned from an 8 day stay in La
Petite Maison and are missing it already.
The gite has been restored beautifully and
certainly has the wow factor. It is
romantic and manages to be cosy and spacious at
the same time.
We found
everything we needed in the pretty village of
Massay and especially loved sampling all the
local produce. We enjoyed exploring other
villages and towns in the Loire and found Massay
a great base for doing so. However, our
favourite days were spent relaxing in the
gite.
The owners
were wonderful and welcoming with two very
charming children. We would return in an
instant and will certainly be recommending this
place to our friends.

We enjoyed
seven comfortable nights in 'the Annex' during
the summer. As a family of four we found
the gite to be well-kitted out for a cosy
self-catering holiday. We were impressed
by the tasteful and convenient presentation of
the gite with its smart, clean furnishings and
carpets, all very thoughtfully put
together.
During our
stay we used the gite as a base, exploring the
fascinating area. We also made more
ambitious excursions and easy access to the
motorways was a blessing.
We enjoyed
our stay immensely and would recommend this gite
and the surrounding area
enthusiastically.
